For 115 years, God has been using The City Mission to reach hearts and transform lives, especially among the most vulnerable in our community. We invite men, women, and children experiencing homelessness to participate in holistic, gospel-centered programs designed to address spiritual, emotional, relational, and practical needs. Residents engage in chapel services, case management, life-skills coursework, workforce development, and other programs that equip them for lasting stability and independence.

As staff, we are City Missionaries offering help and hope to all people through the transforming power of God’s love.

We are looking for two Interns to work alongside our Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer in the Summer of 2027. The interns will be engaged in non-profit management at the executive level. Observing organizational management and change across multiple departments with project management duties.

The ideal candidates will be:

• Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow professionally
• Excellent communicator
• Comfortable interacting with diverse groups of people
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to work both independently and on teams
• Tenacious about completing projects
• Passionate about Christian ministry and community impact

Must be working toward a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
