INTERNSHIP PROGRAM: Risk Management and Insurance (RMI)
Criteria:
- College juniors or seniors
- Must secure temporary accommodations in Clearwater/Tampa Bay area for the program's duration
- Not required to be enrolled in an RMI program, but must have career interest in the insurance industry
What to Expect:
- 8-12 week summer program
- Paid internship
- Experiential learning that integrates classroom knowledge and real-life work experience
- Training in general liability, workers' compensation, the basics of underwriting, risk and safety, claims and litigation, accounting and compliance, business development and marketing, and operations
