<table width="742"> <tbody> <tr> <td width="742"> <p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td width="742"> <p>Assured Guaranty is seeking to hire an IT Helpdesk Summer Intern to engage in AI and automation projects as well as assist in day-to-day operations, including helpdesk support, IT asset management, and PC/Laptop/Mobile Device deployments.  At the end of the internship, the candidate will gain valuable knowledge in day-to-day IT operations processes, incident resolution, Windows 11 enterprise support, Microsoft enterprise solutions, and VMWare virtualization solutions.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td width="742"> <p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td width="742"> <p>The intern will assist with the following tasks:</p> <ul> <li>Diagnose and troubleshoot common hardware and software issues</li> <li>Leverage Copilot AI and automation solutions to enhance workflows</li> <li>Build AI solutions</li> <li>Document all incidents into ServiceNow (Ticketing System)</li> <li>Configure and deploy Windows desktops, including assembly and disassembly</li> <li>Plan, organize, and reconcile IT hardware assets in ServiceNow asset database</li> <li>Manage, troubleshoot, and deploy mobile devices</li> <li>Provide QA testing on major IT projects</li> <li>Microsoft Teams Deployment</li> <li>Desktop PC and VDI performance monitoring</li> <li>Helpdesk User

Experience Enhancements (FAQ creation, Self Service Portal)</li> </ul> </td> </tr> <tr> <td width="742"> <p><strong>Candidate Background and Qualifications</strong></p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td width="742"> <ul> <li>Student currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree</li> <li>Minimum 3.0 GPA</li> <li>Experience/coursework in AI preferred</li> <li>Proficient in PC Hardware (Desktop and Laptops), mobile devices, Windows 10 Operating System, Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li> <li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li> <li>Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously and present assignments concisely and accurately</li> <li>Ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently (maintaining accountability over the task at hand)</li> <li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li> </ul> </td> </tr> <tr> <td width="742"> <p> </p> <p>The salary for the position is expected to be from $30 per hour to $32 per hour. The actual salary will depend on various factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s experience and credentials, salary expectations of applicable candidates, and other applicable market conditions. This position provides a weekly all-firm catered breakfast and lunch (Tuesday and Wednesday) as well as intern-specific meals and events.</p> <p>Note: Housing stipend may be available for interns who will be residing outside of the tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut) for the duration of the summer internship program (June 8 – July 30). </p> <p> </p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table>
