JMD Creative Agency is a multidisciplinary creative studio in New York. Founded in 2016 by Jon Dinapoli, JMD has spent a decade helping brands bring strategically grounded, beautifully designed ideas to market.

We have deep roots in the beauty category, spanning fragrance, cosmetics, skincare and beyond. Our work includes the award-winning Eilish by Billie Eilish fragrance bottle design. Our services range from brand strategy and visual identity to packaging, advertising, content creation, creative direction, and an in-house photo and video studio.

The Role: We're looking for a Junior Social Media Design Intern (Co-op) (Temporary) who lives and breathes social media and wants hands-on experience designing for real brands. You'll work alongside our designers and strategists to research what's happening in our clients' competitive landscape, then turn those insights into scroll-stopping social content.

What You'll Do:

• Design static and motion social assets (feed posts, carousels, Stories, Reels covers, ads) for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and other platforms, following brand guidelines
• Conduct competitive and category research: audit competitor social channels, track trends, and summarize findings in clear, visual reports
• Help develop content concepts and monthly social calendars with the strategy team
• Resize, adapt and version assets across formats and platforms
• Monitor emerging platform features, formats and cultural moments, and bring fresh ideas to the team
• Prepare files for review and presentation, and incorporate feedback from creative directors
• Support photo and video shoots and help organize content libraries as needed

Your Schedule:

• This is a full-time, six-month co-op from January through June 2027. You'll build a professional portfolio with work that actually goes live.
• Full-time, 32+ hours per week
