Arthrex, Inc. is a global medical device company and a leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. Arthrex is seeking a Rep Education Operations Analyst Intern to support the Rep Education team through administrative coordination, process support, and data-focused assignments. The intern will gain practical experience with ticket workflows, instructor request support, registrations, calendar coordination, ordering activities, dashboard audits, and team planning. Working with guidance from the Rep Education team, the successful candidate will follow established procedures, communicate clearly, identify recurring patterns, and complete an assigned project that supports operational improvement or team need. This internship will run from January 2027 – April 2027. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work 20-30 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- AGU Ticket Support: Assist with assigned low- to medium-effort tickets using established procedures; document status, complete follow-up, and escalate exceptions to the designated team member.
- Instructor Request Support: Support defined steps within the instructor request workflow, such as tracking, documentation, and event follow-up. Final decisions and complex exceptions remain with full-time team members.
- Dashboard audits and feedback loop: Review assigned dashboards for data quality or recurring patterns, document findings, and provide organized feedback to the team for review.
- Supplies and workbook ordering: Coordinate approved supply and workbook orders, maintain order records, monitor status, and communicate issues through the established escalation path.
- Calendar and team coordination: Prepare calendar invitations and save-the-dates; support team planning, meeting logistics, scheduling, and related administrative follow-up.
- Intern Project: Complete a defined project tied to an operational improvement or team need, including a project plan, progress updates, final deliverable, and brief presentation or handoff at the end of the assignment.
Education and Experience:
- Progress towards a college degree in a related field required, preferably in Business Administration, Operations Management, Communications, Education, Data Analytics, or a related field. (Recent graduates must be within six months of their graduation date to qualify.)
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
- Basic to intermediate computer skills.
- Be able to follow written and verbal direction.
- Organization, attention to detail, time management, written and verbal communication, adaptability, problem-solving, and comfort sharing observations or ideas.
Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
- PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner.
