Software Engineering Intern

Support software engineering projects within the Tax Innovation team Participate in the development and implementation of software solutions using C#.NET and Java Script Assist in code reviews to maintain coding standards and improve software quality Collaborate with team members to understand functional requirements and contribute to software design Engage in debugging activities to identify and resolve software issues Apply object-oriented design principles to enhance software architecture Utilize REST Client and React Native for developing and testing software applications Actively learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies Accept feedback constructively to improve personal and team performance Observe and learn from experienced professionals to gain exposure to PwC's practices and methodologies Support teams with basic tasks, participate in projects, and conduct research

Requirements Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer and Information Science, Computer Programming, Computer Systems Analysis At least a 3.0 overall GPA Client service intern positions are considered entry-level roles; candidates are typically in their third year of a four-year degree program or fourth year of a five-year program at the time of application Preference for a 3.5 overall GPA Demonstrating proficiency in C#.NET and JavaScript (JS) PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery is generally unavailable to candidates who need it now or in the future, subject to the stated policy Core Competencies Proficient in software development using C#.NET and JavaScript, with a strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and experience in debugging and code reviews.
