Student Assistant – Air Conditioning Technology Pool Open Date: 11/14/2025 | Salary: $11.00 per hour | Position Type: Student Department: Air Conditioning, Aviation and Automotive Job Summary: The purpose of this position is to provide faculty assistance in lab areas and assist with upkeep of program training equipment. Special Instructions This is a security-sensitive position. Responsibilities Facility and equipment maintenance. Servicing of support equipment. Basic maintenance of various Air Conditioning Training Systems.
Qualifications Current Del Mar College student enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours while employed. Basic knowledge of Air Conditioning and Electrical Systems, student training objectives, and training procedures. Ability to use hand, precision, and pneumatic tools.
