Student Assistant, NCSA, Pollinator Ecology & Garden Coordinator

This position will take care of the pollinator gardens for New College of Florida.

• Create and maintain pollinator gardens on campus (perennial pollinator beds and other pollinator infrastructure (pollinator hotel, puddling area, etc. in the Z-dorm garden)
• Maintenance responsibilities consist mainly of watering, pruning, weeding, and replanting (if plant dies)
• Teach Pollinator Ecology and Conservation
• Coordinate with other garden coordinators to maintain the weekly garden volunteer day
• Attend weekly CGA meetings
• Other duties as assigned

• Student of New College of Florida and must be able to work outside and work well with others who visit the gardens
