Job Summary:

As a User Experience (UX) Design Intern, you'll support the product design team in shaping our new AI Management Platform, AMP. You’ll collaborate closely with our small but mighty design team of two to turn complex challenges into clean, effective user experiences. This role blends UX design and user research, ensuring our AI‑powered tools are not only intuitive and usable, but also meaningfully adopted across the organization.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Working in a team environment to assist in day-to-day activities, including but not limited to:

  • Support product designers working on AMP, our internal AI management platform
  • Conduct qualitative research to understand how users interact with the platform
  • Interview users across departments to identify pain points, unmet needs, and opportunities
  • Synthesize research findings into clear insights that guide design decisions
  • Generate feature ideas and design recommendations based on user feedback
  • Create and refine wireframes, user flows, and high‑fidelity UI design
  • Test and validate design solutions with users and stakeholders
  • Present concepts and findings to the team, gathering feedback and iterating to improve quality
  • Contribute to our evolving design system to support scalable, consistent product development

Education Requirements:

  • Candidates must be actively enrolled and pursuing a bachelors, masters or doctorate degree in in design, computer engineering, or a related field.
  • Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 (on a 4.0 scale), verified through an official transcript from the previous semester.

Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required:

  • Basic understanding of UX principles and user research methods
  • Ability to translate user insights into clear design ideas, sketches, or simple wireframes
  • *Desired: Prior experience with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD is helpful, but not required.*
