Summer Program Staff positions include Cabin Leaders, Session Managers, Photography, Social Media, Videography, and in our Activity Areas. There are 2 Cabin Leaders per cabin of 8-10 campers. Session Managers work alongside our Program Director in prepping and delivering a fun and memorable camp experience and supporting Cabin Leaders. Our Activity Areas include archery, tomahawk throwing, paintball, indoor rock climbing, and lots of classic camp fun. Most of our Program positions are only available during July. Summer Staff will switch between Program and Operations throughout the summer.

Summer Staff applicants need to be at least 17 years old. No experience required! We will provide you with comprehensive training you’ll use at Phantom Ranch and for the rest of your life. We offer paid positions, flexible schedules, weekends off and a healthy community! Our summer staff work an approximate 40-hour week, starting Sunday afternoon and ending with a staff dinner on Friday. Housing, food, WIFI and fun are a part of our salaried package. You’ll get to enjoy all the parts of camp our campers enjoy!
