Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Technical Project Analyst Intern (Temporary) to support our Enterprise Transformation team as we roll out the Horizon (Oracle) Cloud system across the company! This role combines project coordination with hands-on experience in technology, data management, and enterprise business systems. The intern will support daily operations, project deliverables, system-related activities, and key project milestones while developing skills in project management and technology implementation.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support Project Coordinators and Project Managers with project planning, communications, task tracking, dashboards, and reporting.
• Assist with project management tools and Jira administration, including project setup, workflow updates, and task tracking.
• Perform data entry and validation across business systems and spreadsheets; identify discrepancies and assist with resolving data-related issues.
• Assist with system testing, troubleshooting, and documentation for enterprise business applications.
• Learn and support enterprise systems and tools, including Oracle Cloud, Jira, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Prepare project materials, research information, organize shared documents, and gather data for presentations.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track project progress and support decision-making.
• Contribute to Enterprise Transformation deliverables and participate in the Business Analyst Community of Practice.
