Project-based Learning: Interns on this team focus on marketing that supports our business-to-business (B2B) offerings, promoting NourishCap to partners, wholesale buyers, and other organizations, and driving awareness and interest among business audiences. You will plan, publish, and measure partnership-focused content across social, newsletter, and articles to grow attention for our B2B relationships. This team will apply what they've learned to build publicity and attention for our customers and for our services. We help NourishCap build and run various social media platforms and newsletters to accrue supporters. This project functions as an organic medium that will encourage online visitors to interact with the organization's constituents. This position will involve a wide range of activities and require both creativity and attention to detail. An important part of this position and all our positions is that people on this team will develop training for the processes and techniques that future interns will use. As such, on this team, you have the potential to make a wide impact on the mushroom world at the same time as making a lasting impact on our company. Your training experience will be aligned with the activities of the company during the time of your internship, so while overarching training and responsibilities will be similar to what is described here, the projects and details of the experience will evolve over time.
Collaboration: You will collaborate closely with our software team and other teams, focusing on channel and campaign analytics (social, newsletter, email, and landing-page performance), which you turn into optimization specs and process-improvement recommendations. Improvements you propose are designed to be permanent and to compound over time. Like every position at NourishCap, you will use AI as "an intern to the intern," by directing, correcting, and teaching AI tools, because teaching the AI is one of the best ways for you to learn. You will also share broad responsibility for proofreading and quality assurance across marketing content, and all of your feedback and suggestions flow to the Software interns to drive mounting, lasting process improvements. You may occasionally assist other departments as needs arise, and if your interests align more closely with a parallel role, we will help redirect you to the position that best fits your goals.
