Job Summary/Purpose: Provide consultative and strategic support on Corporate Information Technology infrastructure initiatives. This team-based role will maintain active participation across multiple enterprise programs and projects designed to enhance business operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a great problem-solver, and is interested in advancing their career by gaining real-life work experiences in a team environment.

Job Duties/Responsibilities: Working in a team environment to assist in day-to-day activities, including but not limited to: Provide operational support to the IT Infrastructure Hosting team Troubleshoot and assist platform and computer hardware/software issues Translate business requirements into technical specifications and review change requests Assist in writing new procedures and defining work processes Maintain excellent team and collaboration skills Assist in compiling status and metric reporting as needed Support enterprise-wide IT initiatives Assistance with contractor oversight Assist in prioritizing, managing, and executing multiple projects concurrently Participate in, or possibly lead, small IT systems and process improvement efforts Look for ways to improve the overall IT processes Minimum

Education required of the position: Candidates must be actively enrolled and pursing undergrad or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field of study for the duration of the internship. *Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 (on a 4.0 scale), verified through an official transcript from the previous semester.* Preferred knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position: Basic knowledge of Desktop Computing, Enterprise Compute and Storage Environments Helpful to have knowledge of one of at least the following Operating Systems (but not required): MS Windows, UNIX, or Linux
