Student - Sales/Customer Success – Education 2 Impact (e2i) Program

Education 2 Impact (e2i) offers students the opportunity to work within interdisciplinary teams while gaining paid, hands-on experience. Projects are provided by companies or entrepreneurial UVU students, and teams are assembled to work under the guidance of a student project manager to complete these projects—mirroring real-world industry practices. The e2i program is seeking a motivated and personable Sales & Customer Success Team Member to support a client project. As a Project Team Member, you will contribute to e2i's success by identifying and engaging prospective customers, understanding their needs, and helping move them through the client's sales pipeline. You'll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and ensure that outreach and customer-facing work is completed to industry standards. Team members will be paid $15 per hour.

• Research prospective customers' needs, industry context, and pain points to inform outreach and messaging.
• Write and refine pitches, proposals, or talking points tailored to specific prospects.
• Communicate professionally with prospects and clients in both written and verbal formats
• Collect and analyze sales team data to ensure efficacy.
• Track outstanding leads and follow up consistently to move opportunities forward

• Must be a current UVU student, preferably studying Business, Marketing, Sales, Communication, or a related field.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficient in both written and verbal communication, and comfortable initiating contact with new people.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to track multiple contacts or leads at once
