Project-based Learning: This is an in-person, field-based sales internship for a person who wants practical experience introducing a business and its services to local decision-makers. The intern will learn sales by preparing for, conducting, documenting, and following up on visits to restaurants and other local businesses within approximately 30 miles of North Webster, Indiana. This role is designed around supervised, project-based learning: the intern will improve their approach through feedback and reflection. Collaboration: The intern will study our B2B lineup, define target partner segments, and draft and test outreach, offers, and simple partnership funnels tied to those relationships. Apply AI in a vibe-coding spirit: use AI tools to prototype outreach templates, one-pagers, and lightweight tracking or analysis, iterating quickly rather than building from scratch. As a form of collaboration, this role helps proofread and quality-check not only its own output but also output produced by every other position across the company, and it maintains clear documentation of its projects, decisions, and results so the next intern can continue the pipeline. Expect ongoing collaboration with the interns in all of the other positions.
